Simply order before 1pm and if we cover your area, you'll get your order the same evening between 4 and 7pm Monday - Friday. If you order after 1pm we will deliver the next evening between 4 & 7pm. Please note that if you order after 1pm on a Friday, we will deliver between 4 & 7pm on Monday.
We will adhere to strict social distancing and contact free delivery guidelines. When we delivery your item we will place your parcel at the shipping address front door, ring the doorbell or knock and then step back by at least 2 meters from the parcel. As a proof of delivery, it is required that we take a photo of the customer/tenant who answers the door with the parcel clearly in shot. Don’t worry, this is just for our records.
*Please note: If due to unforeseeable circumstances we cannot deliver the same day, we will offer a full refund if you want to cancel the order or refund your delivery charge and deliver for free the next working day.

We use Royal Mail & Parcelforce for all UK deliveries.
Royal Mail and Parcelforce who have both implemented contact free delivery solutions. During this time, we cannot be held responsible for possible delays in the however customer feedback is suggesting that many deliveries are arriving far sooner than expected. Royal Mail & Parcelforce typically deliver within 2 - 3 days but we ask our customers to allow up to 5 days just to be safe. If you haven’t received your order after 5 days, please get in touch at email@example.com. Our customer service team will open an investigation with Royal Mail or Parcelforce and ensure that you are well informed during the process.
Tracking Where applicable you will be sent a tracking code and a link by email to view the status of your shipment after your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from receipt of your tracking code before you see any updates/progress.
Missed Delivery If the delivery is missed, Royal Mail may leave your order in a safe place, with a neighbour or take the parcel back to your local Post Office or Depot for collection. Your postman will leave a calling card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. If your parcel has been taken back to your local Post Office or Depot, Royal Mail will hold your parcel for 10 days and thereafter return the parcel back to us.

As per the recommended guidelines, Prime Skatepark is temporarily closed but you can continue to shop online at primedelux.com as we are still processing orders daily and will be on-site to fulfil any Click & Collect orders. As well as continuing to ship orders and maintain our Click & Collect service, we recently began offering Local Delivery which has now been adapted to be contact free.
