Local Delivery (Same Day)

Local delivery now available to postcodes PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL10, PL11 and PL12. Order before 2 p.m. on any weekday for SAME-DAY local delivery, excluding bank holidays. We usually deliver between 16:00- 19:00.

We use Royal Mail/ Parcelforce for all UK mainland deliveries.

Tracking

If you ordered before 2 p.m. we will usually send you your tracking number between 15:30 - 17:00 for you to view the status of your shipment following dispatch. Please note that if you order on a Friday then you may not receive tracking details until the following working day (Monday).

If You Miss Your Delivery
If you weren't available to accept your delivery, Royal Mail may leave your order in a safe place, with a neighbor, or take the parcel back to your local Post Office or Depot for collection. Your postman will leave a calling card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. If your parcel has been taken back to your local Post Office or Depot, Royal Mail will hold your parcel for 10 days and thereafter return the parcel back to us.

Generally, we are open for you to collect on weekdays from 10:30-22:00 (Closed on Tuesdays) & weekends from 09:00-17:00.
