The MGP Gooseneck Headtube is extremely strong and durable; designed specifically to withstand the forces that freestyle scooters are subject to. It is also unique in the Pro Scooter sector.

MGP Robotic Welding: Every MGP Gooseneck Headtube is machine-welded to the deck, ensuring an extremely high consistency and accuracy unmatched by manual welding. The Madd Gear Machine Welding process means every scooter that leaves production is monitored by precise software to meet its exact specifications.

MGP Patented Internal Fluting: MGP Origin Scooters feature internally fluted tubing in the construction of both the handlebars and the decks. This patented process is proven to increase strength under 3-dimensional loads and stiffness without adding weight to the material.

MGP 6061 T6 Heat Treatment: All MGP Origin Scooters are rated with both T4 and T6 Heat Treatment. The 6061 Aluminium used throughout the MGP decks and handlebars is first subjected to a solution heat-treatment process, followed by an ageing process, which produces a material that is both structurally strong and very durable.
