Plymouth Zoo Skatepark 1979

Sneaked in the back gate with my brother and skated it one evening well before it opened…lots of concrete still drying out under plastic sheeting..snake run was complete..didn’t even know it was being built when we found it..like finding California had been dropped on Central Park..Fastest smoothest thing I ever skated..Got chased out by an old man with a big dog..forgot to take my i phone so no pics!..bummer..I’m 50 in 2 weeks time but that night has stuck in my head and heart for all those years.
