What time can I expect my parcel?
If your order is placed before 1 p.m., we will usually deliver anytime between 4-7 pm
Please note: We only deliver on weekdays, so if you order on a Friday after 1 p.m., your order will be dispatched for same-day local delivery on Monday.
If you miss your delivery
We will do all we can to call you, or we will re-schedule your delivery.
What if I don't like what I've ordered?
If you do not like your order or if there is any problem within 30 days, we will happily give you a full refund providing the goods you return arrive in the same condition that you received them. We will not accept any worn or marked goods.

Free delivery on all orders over £100.00
We offer free shipping to your doorstep for any order, no matter the size.
Orders £60.00-£100.00 = £4.00
All orders above £60.00 will be delivered to you for a nominal shipping fee of £4.00.
Orders up to £60.00 = £6.00
Order any product up to the value of £60.00 and pay only £6.00.
FAQs
If you miss your delivery
If you weren't available to accept your delivery, DPD may leave your order in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take the parcel back to your local depot for collection and leave a calling card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. If your parcel has been taken back to your local depot, DPD will hold your parcel for 10 days and thereafter return the parcel back to us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship with DPD.
If your order is placed before 2 p.m., you will receive your tracking number by email before 5:00 p.m.
Please note: We only ship on weekdays, so if you order after 2 p.m. on a Friday, your order will ship on the following working day.
