During the Covid 19 crisis will be operating as normal within relative government guidance.

We are shipping orders as normal with a 4pm cut off for same day dispatch / next day UK delivery.

We can offer Click & Collect but do not encourage you to make any unnecessary journeys unless it is included as part of your once a day exercise routine. We have a strict health & safety procedure of which we will advise prior to collection.

Please note that during the Covid 19 situation we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our hands.

We would strongly recommend checking the following links for the latest couriers updates:

We have added to our contact free delivery process recognising that some people may be self-isolating and unwilling or unable to open their door to receive parcels.

We have a range of delivery options for everyone:
Customers can download the DPD app and set their delivery preferences to leave in a safe place.
If they don't have the DPD app they can select Leave Safe in their in-flight options, if you've allowed us to do so.
Your customers can now leave a note on their front door telling us where to leave their parcel and our drivers will take a photo.
Without the leave in a safe place instruction, our drivers will not deliver the parcel.
Here's a copy of the new notification we will be sending to you to make sure you know about leaving a note on your door:

Prime Skatepark CIC

We take the health of our community very seriously.
We are following advice as set by the government: NHS and Education departments.
Therefore the Skatepark is temporarily closed until further notice.

1.     Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze.
2.     Put used tissues in the bin straight away
3.     Wash your hands with soap and water often – use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available.
4.     Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
5.     Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
6.     Not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
7.     To contact NHS 111 if anyone is worried about their symptoms. The advice is to not go directly to your GP or other healthcare environment.
8.     Further information is available on the PHE blog and NHS.UK.
