We have created a social space ready for you to drive forwards!

We are searching for a talented individual(s) to join our team and help us develop an on-site bar that will host various activities, live music events and workshops and we need someone special to nurture and help it grow in to something extra special!

The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, fun, and dynamic.

Alongside running our bar, we would like you to share your knowledge and ideas to create unique event concepts that will surprise and entertain our existing customers whilst attracting new patrons to our venue on a monthly (soon to be weekly) basis. As a key holder, you will be responsible for adhering to our licensing and company policies. We are open to hiring a full-time individual or a group of part-timers to help us move forward (subject to applicants). This exciting job opportunity is for confident individuals who can bring something new to our space and help develop it. You can utilise your creativity and knowledge to build our venue, organise live music performances and events that showcase your creativity and management skills, and turn your efforts into rewards for yourself and our customers.

Applicants must be 18+

This role will grow with you towards a multi-management career in retail & leisure.

The role will start on a zero-hours basis with a 30-day probation period.

Our predicted initial available hours/ shifts:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday nights, 7-11 p.m.; Saturdays, 12 - 11 p.m.; and Sundays, 12 - 7 p.m., subject to expansion in line with demand.
