If you weren't available to accept your delivery, Royal Mail may leave your order in a safe place, with a neighbor, or take the parcel back to your local Post Office or Depot for collection. Your postman will leave a calling card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. If your parcel has been taken back to your local Post Office or Depot, Royal Mail will hold your parcel for 10 days and thereafter return the parcel back to us. 

Although we state 2-4 days delivery, we actually ship 1st Class Recorded so it usually arrives either the next day/two working days.

If your order is placed before 1 p.m., we typically send your tracking code between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., so you can track your shipment after dispatch.

It's important to keep in mind that if you order on a Friday, tracking details may not be available until the next business day (Monday). Additionally, we are closed on Tuesdays, so if you order on a Monday after 1 p.m., you may not receive a tracking code until Wednesday.

If you do not like your order or if there is any problem within 30 days, we will happily give you a full refund providing the goods you return arrive in the same condition that you received them. We will not accept any worn or marked goods.
