Southwest Hire & Sales Plymouth

The staff at Southwest Hire & Sales Plymouth helped us out massively towards the skatepark revamp project. We called all local hire companies and were blown away with the quote they provided us with. Southwest Hire & Sales Plymouth are a regional company that obviously care about the community. We got talking with the manager “Rick” and after mentioning our not for profit community interest company, he gave us all we needed to get the job done. With the help of an old friend “Mark Evans” from “Room by Room” we jumped straight on the job and smashed it out in a day!

This morning the staff were in surprisingly early (including myself) to have a blitz around the super smooth surface. We were then packed with really happy faces at our Skate Club session who really enjoyed the speed around the whole park. It sounds potentially boring but it’s actually hard to express how much this changes the whole skatepark. You can pump around the whole place now without pushing – and that’s without the new central feature installs to follow.
