UK Shipping


We do our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible however we do have a cut off time of 4pm. Orders placed up to 4pm during Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day. Please note that orders dispatched on a Friday may not get delivered until the following Monday.

Order by 4pm Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched the same day.
Standard shipments will be delivered Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm.
Delivery will be attempted once and a missed delivery card will be left at the time of delivery if you are not present at the shipping address. If you have missed your delivery, you will be provided with full instructions on how to collect or re-arrange delivery using the UPS InfoNotice on your missed delivery card. Your options include:

  • To collect your package from a UPS Location: Your order can be held at a UPS location such as a UPS Access Point Location or a UPS Customer Centre ready for you to collect.
  • Have you order delivered to another address: You can arrange to have your order delivered to another address (fees may apply).
  • Have your order delivered on another day: You can arrange to have your order delivered on a different day.
A signature may be required on delivery.
You can expect your delivery by the next working day. On rare occasions delivery may take up to 2 working days.
UPS calculate bespoke shipping costs in the checkout.

European Shipping

Such charges are issued by the country’s national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by primedelux.com in any way. Import duty and taxes vary between countries and will also depend on the value of your order. If you are in doubt please consult your country’s governmental or national import office website for further information.
Unfortunately from time to time we can incur dispatch delays. While we do everything within our power to avoid dispatch delays, there are times when delays are caused by a third party.

  • Your order is out of stock: In the event that your order (or certain items of your order) is out of stock, one of the Prime Delux team will contact you either by phone or email to discuss alternative delivery options or arrangements.
  • To verify details: There may be certain instances where we will need to verify information that you have supplied us with. Should this occur, one of the Prime Delux team will contact you either by phone or email to verify the required information.
  • Invalid shipping addresses: primedelux.com cannot ship to BFPO, APO or PO Box addresses. If you have supplied us with any of the above-mentioned addresses, one of the Prime Delux team will contact you either by phone or email to arrange an alternative shipping address.
  • Customs: Delivery time may increase for international orders if your country’s custom office holds up your order.
  • Primedelux.com cannot be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing in transit or in the instance that the supplied shipping address has been incorrectly typed and or incomplete.
  • Please be aware that during our sale and busy periods deliveries can take longer than expected.
Our shipping team package your order in the best possible way to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. We double box all shoes and provide internal box packaging for all items listed online to prevent your goods from getting disturbed or damaged while in transit. If you don’t feel happy with the condition of your order upon goods delivery, please send your feedback to us immediately on customerservice@primedelux.com
Once an order has been dispatched it is not always possible to cancel an order due to courier delivery times. You may need to wait for your parcel to be delivered and then return the order as outlined on our Returns page.

For International customers, we can try contacting the courier to see if we can get your order returned to us. Please note that this can take a few weeks and unfortunately is not guaranteed if the parcel is being held by Customs. If we do manage to get your order returned to us we can refund you for the cost of the goods only. No original shipping costs will be refunded.

Deliveries cannot be fulfilled on bank holidays.
